RUNNING FOR FITNESS AND CONDITIONING
Emphasizes improved physical health and cardiovascular fitness through running and overall conditioning. Includes endurance training with a gradual increase in distance. Credit Limitation: UC - Maximum credit of 4 units if combined with any or all other DANC/ICA/KIN/PE Activity courses. (Formerly PE M03A). Applies to Associate Degree. Transfer credit: CSU; UC.
