MYSTERIES OF THE ANCIENT MAYA
Prerequisites: None Class Hours: 3 lecture Explores the ancient Maya civilization of southern Mexico and Central America. Surveys Maya origins, agriculture, art, religion, ritual, hieroglyphic writing, material culture, cities, and the history of archaeology in Mesoamerica.
