PHYS M01

Introduces the basic principles of Newtonian mechanics, thermodynamics, wave motion, electromagnetism, optics, and modern physics. Examines topics such as kinematics, atomic nature of matter, relativity, and nuclear physics. This class is designed for students who have not previously taken a physics class. Course Credit Limitations: UC (no credit if taken after PHYS M10A or PHYS M20A)
