What are we doing?
The Program Pathways Mapper application has been built using the webpage code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS. To help us make using Program Pathways Mapper a good experience for everyone, we strive to conform to Level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone.
Please note that pages on our site contain links to third-party content as entered by the colleges (and other educational organizations) that we do not control. These sites may not comply with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.
How are we doing?
We’ve achieved our goal of WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility. Regular audits are performed to ensure we continue to meet these standards as we continue to improve the site and add new features, but if you do find any problems, please get in touch. For details on how we’ve met the standard, you can request a copy of our VPAT, which was last updated in July 2025.
Let us know what you think.
If you enjoyed using Program Pathways Mapper, if you had trouble with any part of it, or if you would like more information about accessibility, please let us know. Email us at support@programmapper.org. We accommodate communication needs and respond to accessibility requests through email. Additional accommodations such as phone support are available upon request.

- Keyboard navigation: All links, buttons, and other interactive elements are keyboard accessible with visible focus.
- Keyboard shortcuts: The only keyboard shortcut is the Escape key for closing dropdowns.
- Table navigation: Data tables are correctly marked up to support the scoped column row navigation.
- ARIA roles and attributes: Where applicable, the website code features appropriate ARIA roles and attributes.
- Text size: The website text can be increased to 400% using built-in browser functions.
