English as a Second Language: Foundational

This noncredit Certificate of Competency certifies that students have completed two foundational courses in ESL. These courses help students build a foundation in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as study and computer skills. The Certificate is designed to help students and community members improve their opportunities and success at school and work.
